Ken Kanara is the host of Beyond Consulting, and CEO of ECA Partners, a specialized project staffing and executive search firm focused on consulting and private equity talent. Ken has spent more than 15 years in consulting and executive search.
Steven Haug is the co-host of Beyond Consulting, and a Director at ECA Partners. Steven works with private equity investors on a variety of roles including: portfolio operations, M&A, and portfolio company CEOs/CFOs.
Edgar Ramirez is the editor and producer of Beyond Consulting, and a Senior Associate in ECA Partners. In addition to leading production Edgar is a leader on the business development team. He has spent over 10 years in audio and vocal editing.
Aiah Lacson is the head of digital marketing for Beyond Consulting, and a Marketing Associate at ECA Partners. Aiah is responsible for all content marketing materials and distribution for ECA, Nobel Investments, and TalentCompass.
